Details of SP-3420A Trace Impurities Analysis Chromatography in Ethylene:
The gas chromatograph is equipped with three channels to detect impurities in refined ethylene. Channel 1 is equipped with a hydrogen flame ionization detector FID1 to detect hydrocarbon gas impurities, with a minimum detection concentration of 1ppm; Channel 2 is equipped with a methane conversion furnace and FID2 for detecting CO and CO2, with a minimum detection of 0.1ppm. Channel 3 is equipped with a helium ionization detector (PDDID) that can detect impurities such as O2, N2, CH4 with a concentration of over 10pppb.
